Though Volleyball is one of the most successful and popular competitive and recreational sports in the world.  Fast, exciting, and explosive, volleyball is the stuff of dreams and nightmares. Volleyball rules and regulations? Yet volleyball contains many important overlapping elements, and their complementary behavior makes it unique among rally sports. Volleyball involves the simultaneous play of two groups on each side of a net.  There are unique adaptations accessible to clear situations to offer the flexibility of the game for everyone.

The back row striker hits a ball into the front area (the area within the 3M / 10 ft line) when, at the moment of contact, the ball is completely above the net.  This is an illegal attack, as well, respectively.
